Return On Investment (ROI)
A measure of a corporation's profitability, equal to total income less costs divided by total costs. ROI measures how effectively a company uses its capital to generate profit; the higher the ROI, the better.
Romance Genre
The film genre that focuses on the romantic affections and entanglements of the principal characters, whether in courtship, trysts or marriage. The love story between actual or potential lovers must provide the central conflict. (See genre)
